Here are some answers to some of the most common questions asked:

We would schedule a time and date for us to come to the premises during our discovery call and we would ask that the space be cleaned and prepped ready for our arrival. Otherwise, it would delay the time it takes to complete the shooting session.

Following the shooting session, we'll make appropriate image adjustments to the scans based on the agreed upon plan and upload the scans to our server where images are stitched together to make your tour. The finished processed scans will live in the server to maintain its 360 virtual presentation state.

The time it takes to complete a scanning session will depend on the size and the complexity of the space. Processing time may take about 48 hours for a small space (e.g. 50-65 square meters property) while larger spaces can take slightly longer time.

Certainly! We can provide you with an embeddable code for your webmaster to embed to your tour into your website.

Yes. We can provide you with a social media-ready link that you can share.

We can provide you with a suggestive preparation checklist that can do to prepare your space for the scan session.

Tags are points within the tour which, when clicked, will show desired media (e.g. text photographs, audio, or videos). PDF documents can also be used.

With video, you can upload your media to YouTube and link to it directly in the tour. Tags are a great way for your target audience to interact with your tour and can be added or removed at any time.

Yes; however, if anyone moves, they will become blurry like ghosts.

Faces can be blurred within the tour but this must be decided before the tour is uploaded to our servers.

Yes you can choose to hide any of the scanned section that we've taken; however, these areas will still be visible if you elect to have a doll house model and/or floor plan.

We can create edits to the tour (e.g. color corrections or lighting effect) but unfortunately a tour cannot be edited once complete. It is important to think about what you would like in your tour and what you would not. Avoid things that may expire such as special promotion on posters.

Staff in tours should also be avoided as they may leave the company someday.
